Wheelchair access and strobe lights?

Blumming Hell been such a long time since I've been on here!!

Ok, so with hope I am hopefully coming to subs for Halloween, I haven't been in the new academy subs. I also have seizures and use a wheel chair now. Haven't had a night out since May so I'm REALLY exited but need a few questions answered before I can come.

What is the wheelchair access like- yes I do smoke so will need access to the fag area.

What is the lighting like do you use strobes?- I have got some anti seizure glasses but they only tend to help if the strobe is from flash photography not prolonged strobes.
If you do use strobes if you could either warn me when they are likely to be used so I can cover my eyes or go outside it would be appreciated, not been having seizures for long so I'm still getting used to things.
